Hepa Air Scrubber (Phoenix Guardian Hepa System)
One of the most important pieces of equipment we use, this air scrubber captures virtually all removable airborne particles, effectively eliminating 99.3% of all germs. It helps trap and filter odors and stops potentially dangerous contamination from toxic substances such as chemicals or spores. It’s so powerful that it can completely clean the air in a 12 by 14-foot room is less than one minute.
Phoenix Mini-Guardian Hepa System
The Mini-Guardian HEPA System is the compact, variable air speed version of our popular Phoenix Guardian HEPA System that offers fully variable air flow. The unique 24" canister, HEPA manufactured for the Mini-Guardian, contains nearly 200 square feet of surface area. This allows maximum air-flow and significantly extends filter life. Just like the original Phoenix Guardian HEPA System, the Mini-Guardian features a durable, stainless steel cabinet, hour meter, ductable in-take and exhaust, and wheeled cart design.
Thermo-Hygrometer (Phoenix HM-34)
This handheld device is used to determine the relative humidity and temperature of a room. With these readings, we can use psychrometric calculations to determine how your building is drying. Throughout the restoration process, we re-test the moisture levels daily to ensure that everything is drying properly.
Low-Grain Dehumidifier (Phoenix 200-Max Dehumidifier)
Water extraction is measured in units called "grains" and the lower the grain after extraction, the drier the affected area is. Standard dehumidifiers are able to extract down to 55-60 GPP (grains per pound of air). Our low-grain dehumidifiers bring the GPP down to 32-35. Thus, our dehumidifiers can get an area up to 40% drier. Better drying technique prevents further problems such as mold growth or rot.
Dehumidifier Phoenix 300 LGR
The Phoenix 300 LGR Dehumidifier is manufactured for manageability and performance. This dehumidifier uses a single, 110-V, 15-amp circuit to maximize water removal capabilities. The Phoenix 300 LGR is renowned for its superior air filtration. The filtration significantly improves air quality in the areas being dried.
Phoenix Solution Performance Amplifier
This state of the art dehumidifier increases water removal rates up to 100%. Utilizing the Solution Performance Amplifier allows us to increase grain depression and water removal rates. By using the best drying technology, we can prevent future problems with mold and mildew.
Air Movers (Gale Force)
Air movers are essential in water restoration as they direct airflow and air pressure. As the name implies, our Gale Force air movers are very powerful and help get the drying job done in the shortest time possible. Our staff has been specifically trained to place the air movers for maximum efficiency.
Extractors (Hydro Xtreme Xtraction™)
Extracting water from carpeting and the underlying pad is one of the most common problems associated with water damage. Without proper equipment, they never get totally dry and often the flooring needs to be replaced entirely. However, we use state-of-the-art extractors that allow us to remove 30% more water, 50% faster than typical tools. This high-tech extraction saves time and money—and can help preserve your carpet and pad.
Protimeter (Survey Master)
The protimeter is the best tool to use in determining the exact location and the level of moisture in an affected area. By running it over sheet vinyl, wood, paneling, drywall, ceramic tile, etc., our technicians can judge where the water is located and how wet the area is. The device can also be used as a probe into carpet and pads, and insulation. It is a great gauge to make sure that the restoration process is working as it should and that the final result is a completely dry area.
FLIR B-40 Infrared Camera
Our new, B-40 Infrared Camera allows us to detect moisture and mold in even the most hard to reach crevasses of your facility. The camera features high-resolution thermal imagery which exposes potential moisture and structural issues. With this new technology we can monitor when an area is completely dry. The instrument is extremely accurate and we're able to reveal potential problems faster and more efficiently than ever before.
