"Saturday morning our son noticed a small amount of water in the laundry room as we were preparing to leave on vacation the next morning. We could not find any visible leaks. Later that evening we noticed a small pool of water coming into a our family from the laundry room. Two weeks prior we had extensive remodeling including adding wood-floors in our home and decided this was a Water Emergency. One Stop arrived within 45-minutes of our call. Upon arriving Darryl immediately began surveying for the water leak and discovered the water valve to the washing machine was leaking. We discussed canceling our trip to monitor the situation. However after Darryl explained the procedure of drying the floors and the walls which would require certain temperature levels that we were not accustomed to, we all decided it was best take our 6 day vacation. It was our hope that he would be able to save our new wood floors. He reassured us that he had the best equipment for water restoration. After returning home from our trip, we discovered our house was "back together". Not only did One Stop save our wood-floors and dried our wall -- nothing had to be refinished or repainted.
Not only would trust Darryl for any type of emergency service that he provides but he now maintains our carpets and upholstery!"

"We came home from a wonderful beach vacation to find our home flooded throughout; a problem with the toilet. We called One Stop Cleaning Service early the next morning and Darryl Snyder and one of his employees moved into the house like a whirlwind. There were watermarks 8-10 inches up the walls and dampness in the drywall as high as 17 inches. We were sure the drywall would have to be removed and replaced in many areas. We watched in awe as within minutes the house was transformed into a mass of heaters, fans and dozens of hoses – large and small.
What we saw with Darryl and One Stop Cleaning was a combination of experience and genuine concern about saving our home. Several days later, the drying process was complete. There was no dampness anywhere, a fact which was reaffirmed by the contractor Darryl brought with him. If it wasn’t for the speed and efficiency of One Stop Cleaning, we would have been in danger of dealing with Florida mold down the road.
With one phone call from us, Darryl had his crew, his equipment and his contractor partner ready to go; we were able to get our house floors and walls dried, the walls repainted, and the hardwood floors fixed with no additional stress on our part.
